Therapeutic Hot Stone Massage

A gentle, nurturing massage designed specifically for the comfort and safety of expectant mothers in their second or third trimester. This session helps ease tension in the low back, hips, and legs, supports circulation, and promotes relaxation for both mother and baby. Pillows and side-lying positioning are used for maximum comfort and safety.

Prenatal Massage

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on technique that works with the body’s craniosacral system—the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord.

Using a very light touch, CST helps release restrictions in the nervous system, allowing the body to relax, regulate, and restore balance.

This approach may help with headaches, chronic pain, stress, nervous system tension, and overall wellness.

Sessions are deeply relaxing and can be performed fully clothed on the massage table or integrated into therapeutic massage session.
